At Cult Pens, we want you to be delighted with your writing instruments, but if you change your mind, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account to view your recent orders and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent any damage to delicate nibs or ink cartridges during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned stationery, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
